Dear sir. .i'm pregnant of 45 days .doctors prescribed me a tablet belows but im not feeling after taking belows medicine. 1) pragavom plus a combination of doxylamine 10 mg pyridoxine 10 mg and folic acid 2.5 mg .and second one is ranitidine hydrochloride 300 mg .please advice should I take this medicine.

Pragavom is for your nausea and vomiting. If you can manage without it then you do not need to take it it but it needs to be taken orally. Folic acid supplement is to prevent neural tube birth defects. It has to be taken till 16 weeks. Ranitidine is prescribed for acidity but had recent been banned. Ask your doctor for an alternative.
