I got typhoid before 5 year bt some sidefect of medicine I got hyperpigmentation on my face I was realy worried abt it. I use many home medicine allopathy ayurveda etc bt I did not find any result then I used meladrum. Salt was hydroquinone. Etc for one month bt now I got more pigmentation on my face bt day by day its fade up. Now I am ok with it. I hv changed my diet life style bt I have some spots on my face. This tablet carowin-tx 250 mg recommended by Dr. In chandigarh pgi. I want to know about it. How it work and sideffect. It will realy remove my face spots etc. please tell me.
