My father is 57 year old he is suffering from migraine. He has more pain which not controllable. Dr. gives macprox dp 250 medicine for migraine headache for one time in morning after lunch. So my my question is that if the pain is occur in night then can we take this medicine with tryptomer 10 mg and encorate chrono 200.
