Hi sir I am asma I am suffering from fissure in ano problem for last 6 months due to this problem lot of pain and burning in my anus. I consulted doctor. Doctor suggested me to use pilex tablets and proctosedyl ointment. And also drink lot of water and avoid masalas and oil food. After doing this also my fissure will not cure please suggest good medicine s plz.

You should take sitz bath (hot water tub bath) followed by application of sushruta ointment and lekhan powder in anal region 2-4 times daily. Put 5 ml of sushruta oil in anal canal in night.
