I have a history of pcod (menorrhagia) from puberty. I get my periods once in 3 months and once it starts it doesn't stop.(had a maximum flow for 90 days) post which doctor pit me on oc pills. I'm on pills from the past 20 yrs. I recently had a baby. Got my periods 7 months after she was born. And the issues surfaces again. I took pause, deviry. Now they r pitting me on cream for 20 days. Is there no cute for this? I don't want to be on pills for the rest of my life. I'm planning to do a lifestyle change once I stop bleeding. Like yoga, healthy diet, good sleep, timely food and exercise. Kindly help me in any way you could.

I hope all other causes of menorrhagia have been ruled out. Do not wait for the situation to improve and then introduce exercise etc. They should be a part of your daily routine. Some nonhormonal medicines are available which are good at controlling bleeding. Ask your doctor or contact me.
