I?m 34 and having excess and prolonged mensuration I also have estrogen dominance. For bleeding my doctor prescribed regestrone and for estrogen dominance i?m taking calcium d glucarate. Is it ok to take those tablets together?

Yes you can but for oestrogen dominance there is no role of calcium. It's just a calcium supplement for your general health. As your body is already having oestrogen.

You can take together... Better get an usg done to see the cause of excess bleeding like fibroids etc
