firstly improve your immunity. avoid all cold and sour foods, did you ever check with your nose, you might be having either a deviated nasal septum or Inferior turbinate hypertrophy, of which Turbinate hypertrophy can to some extent be treated by nasal spray. but if DNS is something causing issue then it needs to be surgically treated
