While cooking, my right hand got burnt by oil half the size of a coin on 27 October. Since I am 7 months pregnant. I skipped antibiotics and applied silverex gel over it. Today the wound swelled and turned circumference of wound turned red. I am afraid if problem would worsen. Kindly help.
