My baby is 2 month old. He was suffering from forcefully vomiting. After usg surgery done on 30th september, 19.doctor said surgery successfully done. After surgery everything is normal. But last one week he is suffering from mild vomiting /spit up after eating. Before surgery he was 3.5 kg and now he is 4.8 kg.before 3 days I was consulting with pediatric surgeon. He said no problem. But after eating every time spit up. Now what can I do? Need any further usg for recurrent pyloric stenosis? Is usg effect on tummy area badly after surgery.

There is no question of recurrent pyloric stenosis and the "vomiting" you describe is actually not vomiting but is posetting seen in all infants. You need not worry as long as he gains weight and do proper burping while feeding after feeding. Never give anything in bottle ad use spoon if you want to feed any other milk except your breastfeed
