My mom is a diabetic patient so I have type 2 diabetics and the medication which m having is 1 glycomet 500 mg 2 neurobion forte 3 rozustat now the main thing is my lifestyle: 1. I take a walk of 1 hr a day or else do running 3-4 km's 2. Eat less oily food and no sweets 3. Smoke 2-3 cigarette a day 4. Salads by 5 pm 5. Have started eating breakfast at 8.3 am my lifestyle has totally changed now is it possible that I can live my life stress free and the way I used to live before after doing such an intense workout and diet? Can my tablets go away gradually and start over the same lifestyle I was living before.
