I have hpv, they are growing and it's not pleasant, I did not even knew I had them, I google it.

Warts are small, usually painless growths on the skin. Most of the time they are harmless. They are caused by a virus called human papillomavirus (hpv). Some types of warts are spread through sex. The diagnosis of a wart is most often made on the basis of clinical appearance. Diagnostic clues include black dots within the warts and/or pinpoint bleeding after paring down the thickened skin. Warts also tend to disturb the natural skin lines and create a disrupted surface. Warts often go away without treatment, particularly in children. However, there's no cure for the virus, so they can reappear in the same place or other places.
