Is this mixed hypomanic state so I am bipolar 2 patients i'm currently on these medications they are lithium 1200 mg sertraline 150 mg amisulpride 600 mg risperidone 3 mg betacap 80 mg and topomax 100 mg and pacitane 2 mg sertraline I take 50 mg in the morning and 100 in night. Actually I used to take 200 mg of sertraline regularly but yesterday my doctor told to make it 150 mg because I had psychotic and manic symptoms now i'm on 150 mg of sertraline now I don't have any psychotic symptoms but my mood I always irritated and easily i'm getting angry and im hungry as well what is the reason sir please I want a small advice.

Dear user, you are too young. But due to certain reasons if you are diagnosed with bipolar disorder you have to take some extra care of yourself. I do not want you to depend on medication solely. I want to know the whole details about your disorder. But I must say don't depend on the medicines and don't make it a habit for future. You need counselling session for better control on this disorder and medicines.
