Hello doctor! I had laparoscopy done for endometriosis on 2nd aug 2019 after that I was given lupride injection 1 shot for 3months in 8th aug .it has been 3 months on 2nd nov I am waiting for my periods to come by when my periods will be back .can I take any ayurvedic medicine for my period to come soon as I need to try to conceive after my period comes back .will my period be painful or it will be better after laproacopy .does ghe chances improve after lupron shot .i had some side effects ghis 3 mnth like hot flashes. Headaches, muscle pain, nausea feeling. Kindly response asap.
