Hello sir/mam I am diagnosed with pcod. Trying to conceive from last three months. This cycle I was on letrozole 7.5 mg. I was given hcg 10000 on 23rd cd on 11.11.19, but on 25cd dominant follicle is of size 24 mm. Now I am on 26cd and feeling severe pain on the dominant follicle side. What does it suggests.

at time of ovulation many patients perceive abdominal pain. patients may also have pain if follicle size increases and becomes cystic. get your ultrasound done to confirm wether ovulation has occurred or not .
