Doctor, I had a laser ablation surgery for pilonidal sinus last month and again a curettage and ablation surgery last week. And now I had got some infection on the wound for the last three days. I am having antibiotic of ofloxacin and ornidazole. Is this tablet useful as there is some pus discharge. Please do consider my case.
