Hello, this is ivan from uganda. My sister aged 14 has got seriously burning itching legs every night and often cries over night. Some treatments with cetrizine, a cream having betamethasone, dipropionate, clotrimazole and gentamicin sulfate also ciprofloxacin but it ain't helpful. She is also born with hiv and has had an ear problem since childhood making her take strong drugs in her early childhood life. Please advice me. She was tested for blood sugars, pressure, but tests were negative.
