Hello doctor, I am 26 years old and it's my 3rd month of pregnancy. In 1st & 2nd month of pregnancy I took eltroxin 50 mcg. In last month thyroid test report I found * t3- 1.22 ng/ml * t4- 12.6 g/dl * tsh- 12.705 iu/ml after this report my doctor asked me to take medicine for thyroid (eltroxin 75 mcg). Today after 1 month I had test and report says: * t3 - 1.90 ng/ml * t4 - 20.2 g/dl * tsh - 7.43 iu/ml after this report doctor asked me to take eltroxin 100 mcg. Kindly suggest me what should be my next course of action. My concern is that after increasing the eltroxin dose my tsh has reduced from 12 to 7 in 1 month but t4 get increased.
