I am 42 years age and 21 week pregnant. Use thyronorm 125 mg tablet daily morning for thyroid. Now my t3=3.4 t4=1.05 and tsh=1.93. Can I continue with same dose or increase?

Minal ji, Thanks for the query. TSH 1.93 mU/L, is quite good, so there is no need to change the dosage of Levothyroxine. Only thing you have to keep in mind is to check TSH every 4 weeks. It should remain just around 2 mU/L, till the end of gestation period. After the delivery usually dosage needs to be reduced. That will be decided on checking TSH after a month later. Thanks.
