I am 49 years male male, I am on anticoagulant (acitrom 4 mg/day) tablets since from 2008 due to sinus thrombosis (blood clotting). I have bp with daily amodep tab 5 mg. Since from many year I have problem with my breathing (lungs) when I walking fastly as well as getting up stair. Now these days it became worst. I can't manage or walk towards 2nd floor without lift. It's been very crucial when I have to run fast hurry. Kindly suggest is it related heart or lung problem. please suggest which doctor will be good consult. Thank you. Rajesh gajakosh mobile.

Please get an ecg done along with a 2 d echo, it might also be something with lungs, but our priority is to check heart first. Also get your cbp done, if possible a chest x ray too. Would recommend visiting a cardiologist first,
