Yesterday I accidentally overdosed seven seas cod liver oil capsules by taking 3 capsules at a time. The dosage on the pack says 2 capsules at a time with each capsule being 300 mg. Now from today I have slight numbness in middle to lower right abdomen. My fear is that whether it did any damage to the liver since cod liver oil capsules contain huge amount of vitamin a and vitamin a overdose is known to be toxic. Hope I can get some help on this?

Vitamin contents of cod liver oil are not that high to cause to toxicity. At the most you may discontinue cod liver capsules for about two weeks. Don't worry, nothing will happen.
