My father age 63 years weight 80 kgs heart patient 5 days back (november 20) he got sudden side knee pain in left leg unable bear even kept ice pack and ultracet 3 tablets unable to go out and do his chores please needed immediate relief suggest good medicines he can't go outside please respond as soon as possible please.

There might be an acute inflammation of haemorrhage in his knee. Sometimes raised uric acid may present in a similar way. Rest to the knee. Non-weight-bearing for few days. Blood tests for uric acid, crp, cbc, eat. And anti-inflammatory medication for few days will help him. Get an x-ray done and consult. Thank you.
