Hi, I have read that horse chestnut extract and nettle leaf extract is helpful in managing varicocele and improve fertility. Is it true. Can I reduce the inflammation of grade 2 varicocele naturally. I know there is no cure for varicocele with medicines, but is it possible to manage it and reduce its grade. Kindly reply.
