Hi am female aged 31 am suffering from anal fissure. Past from 1 month am dying with unbearable pain and burning. This much severe pain I never came across. Am taking thank od tablet, dicloplus and pause tablet morning and night. Little part of skin is hanging out from anus. When am taking this medication its relief is for 3 hrs. Please help me out with effective medication. Anus infection.

Anal fissure can be completely treated by graded kshar karma treatment. In this treatment; graded kshar - a specialized ayurvedic medicine is applied in the fissure region. This medicine debrides fissure and induces healing. Usually, 3-5 graded kshar karma sittings are required for complete healing of anal fissure at weekly intervals. No hospitalization or bed rest is required in this treatment. You can continue your normal routine activities as usual during treatment. Till then you should take sitz bath (hot water tub bath) followed by application of sushruta ointment and lekhan powder in anal region 2-4 times daily.
