Aec count eosinophils count - absolute. An absolute eosinophil count is a blood test that measures the number of one type of white blood cells called eosinophils. Eosinophils become active when you have certain allergic diseases, infections, and other medical conditions are may range a bit between different laboratories, but a normal range is usually between 30 and 350. A count of more than 500 cells per microliter of blood is considered eosinophilia.
