My age 58 years and my weight 67 kg. I am suffering from diabetics and high bp last 25 yrs. I have used insulin 4 yrs. But my sugar level is too high so. My dctr has changed all medicines and prescribed new mdcn. Hm mixtard 6 mg at morning or 5 mg at lunch time and hm actrapid 6 mg at night. And macsart cc 12.5 one tablet at day or telvas am one tablet at night last couple of days. My rbs is 219 and my bp is 180/90 I am feeling very weakness and reeling of head .plss provide me proper medicine and please suggest me.
