Hello You may know that Etizola (Etizolam) is effective against anxiety and meant for short term use. I note that you are on 0.75 mgs/day and have been taking only for 6 days. If medicine is no longer needed, you can cut down to 0.5 mgs/day for 3 days, then 0.25 mgs /day for another 3 days and then stop. Since you have used it only for a short duration, there will be less risk of dependence. Hope you are feeling better. If you are having persistent anxiety, you can try medication like SSRIs and/or psychotherapy like CBT which are very effective Best wishes Take care

You can taper it by taking 0.50 mg for next 7 days then 0.25 mg for next 7 days and stop. Consult a psychiatrist personally.

Reduce by half every two weeks and stop. If you have relapse of anxiety consult a psychiatrist and take proper long term medications. Since you are a mbbs doctor learn about biological reasons for anxiety and address the same properly. Good luck.
