I?ve been suddenly suffering from sudden sensitive gag reflexes I smoke a pack and drink about 2 cans of cola per day I don?t know if it has any relation to this but I did?t use to be this way it started about a year ago but now i?ve been smoking a much lighter kind of cigarettes and half a pack of them and i?m still experiencing gagging and inability to inhale too much of the smoke I also have been gagging multiple times at random stuff like the look and smell of food or if something splatters on my hand I am always nauseous I can?t really go to a doctor rn, family reason, so do you have any idea what this could be about or what I can do to stop or fix it?

First of all get this idea of not going to a doctor out of your head. Secondly stop smoking forthwith as probably you are having beginning of obstructive airway disease. Do some gargles with listrin or warm saline water and do consult a doctor. You can book a video consultation too through Lybrate or online consultation too.
