I am 74, taking 4 walnuts and 4 almonds daily in morning (soaked overnight) but here Dr. vishal saini remarks that these contain high fat. I have heart trouble. (one valve replaced) and also hepatitis b, is these food safe for due to their high contents of fat, kindly advise.

No, they have good fat. But reduce quantity of walnut. One whole walnut per day is sufficient.
