Hello sir my name rahul my age is 22 from past 3 months I have pain in area near lungs and little bit chest so I have done x ray chest pa view in that report. (bilateral hilar vascular prominence seen.) I just what is meaning of that and I want know every thing about that I hope you understand.

Bilateral hilar lymphadenopathy is a bilateral enlargement of the lymph nodes of pulmonary hila. It is a radiographic term for the enlargement of mediastinal lymph nodes and is most commonly identified by a chest x-ray.
