I am 22 years I met with accident and my right leg is injured below the knee they have put 10 stitches during removal of stitches pus came out after test it turned out to be aspergillus colony 1 doctor had suggested to take fluconazole antibiotics for 5 days but still I can feel some kind of liquid portion in the hurt I fear it's the pus which is still there can you please suggest.

If there is still discharge of fluid from wound then u meed to get c/s done for discharge n debriment under anaesthesia to be done
