Sir, My both entire arms are with full of muscle pain. One mbbs doctor with 20 years of experience treated me with calcium 30 tables in thirty days. But still I am suffering from pain. If I lift 5 to kg weight for half an hour again restart full pain. Is there any alternate treatment to kill this pain sir?
