Dear Pusparaj, Did you consult your doctor regularly? After 3-4 weeks, usually tofisopam would have been stopped. If there is a suicidal attempt, the diagnosis itself might have changed. You need review of your illness, family history, psychosocial situation, etc to properly treat your disorder. Only improving your concentration was the goal earlier. Hereafter it will be treating your depression with other group of antidepressants will be the goal.
