For 10 days to 20 days I am getting imbalance while walking on road or going on bicycle. Suddenly, I am getting vertigo and feeling a difference in body movement. It looks a mild shaking of body. Shall I use vertigon tablet or stemetil? Please kindly tell me which is the best for my disease.

You may take the drug .but it cannot guarantee the improvement of the condition because the actual cause is not known. Vertigo could be central or peripheral or it might be due to imbalance in your homeostatic condition and hence a proper examinatikn is required. Kindly check you 1.bp 2.rbs and also a general check up for obvious signs of dehydration.
