My mother is about 45 years old. From a month ago she has a lot of pain in her knee joint, wrist joint, in legs and hands also. According to the prescription of doctor she is taking vitamin d3 tablets and altraday. When she is taking these tablets she has some relief from pain but when the medicines are over she is again having much pain in her joints and hands and legs. And the doctor has not told about any testings also .but my question is this that how she can get a permanent relief from this either by doing some household treatments or by some other measures.
