Usually effects are seen in 2-4 weeks. Wait for few more days and decide about further course of treatment. All the best.

Dear lybrate-user, quetiapine is a weak antipsychotic. Along with dicorate it will stabilise the mood better for future episodes. Trazine s is a more powerful antipsychotic. Usually it starts working early. You can increase to 3 times a day too. But there are other powerful antipsychotics like risperidone and olanzapine - they act better and faster. Please discuss these with your doctor. If aggression is a problem, please admit him. Either injectable antipsychotic or ect will be added.
