Hi, my vitamin d was just 3 ng/ml and I was prescribed lumia 60k 1 capsule per week for 3 months and then one capsule per month. Just want to know how long does it take for vitamin d to raise from 3 ng/ml to 30 ng/ml if I continue taking this supplement. It's been 1 month I am taking lumia 60k per week thanks.
