I have been having pain on the right ear, a small lump behind the right ear, a big swollen lymph node on the right side of my neck under my jaw, smaller ones near it and small ones on the left and my right tonsil has a white linings on it looks scary for many months now, previously I had difficulty swallowing and sore throat which has reduced but i'm still worried about the lymph nodes and my right tonsil. I'm afraid I could be having throat/tonsil cancer as google says so, is it normal to have unusual tonsil? And swollen lymph node for several months? And I wanted to know can a person know they have cancer from full blood count?

The most common lumps or swellings are enlarged lymph nodes. These can be caused by bacterial or viral infections, cancer (malignancy), or other rare causes. Swollen salivary glands under the jaw may be caused by infection or cancer. Lumps in the muscles of the neck are caused by injury or torticollis. Let's have a detailed discussion to ensure proper treatment.
