Hi all, which doctor to consult for penis issue. My penis is very itchy and the outer skin has cut marks like for example chapped lips and forms some kind of white grey substance. Long time before it happen the same and I contacted with same Lybrate app and some doctors recommend the dk gel and it was fine but from past 4 month the same issue started and used this dk gel but it caused rashes kind and very itchy and painful, so I use this cloven g ointment, please advise.
