How long is the usual treatment for lymph node tb. It was detected by lymph node biopsy. All cultures of lymph node were negative. All sputum cultures were also negative. My doctor recommended 6 months with r cinex, ethambutol & benadon for 6 months & pyzina which was stopped after 2 months. The ct scan after 4 months showed significant reduction in lymph node size. Q) is the treatment sufficient?

Yes. As it's showing improvement, then it means treatment is effective. Don't leave medicines in between till your doctor suggests you to stop. It generally takes at least 6 months.
