Hello sir, I am 37 year male currently diagnosed as bi basal pneumonia. This was diagnosed based on chest x-ray. Symptoms: lot of cough, fever around 99-100 degrees (f) weight: 81 kg, ht-5.7 the physician has specified following medication tab ceftum 500 mg 1-0-1 syp ascoril sugar free, 5 ml 1-1-1 1 week tab deriphyllin retard 150 mg 0-0-1 8 days tab dolo 650 1 sos is this the correct medicine? How long does it take to recover fully. Kindly suggest any foods needs to be avoided and additional medication if needed. Thank you very much.
