I have been on daily birth control pill on crisanta for past 3 years. I take it daily at the same time without fail. Last month I continued taking pills without taking any break. I had intercourse on 21st. For extra protection I took unwanted 72. After 3 days the condom broke, so I took unwanted 72 again. After 5 days the condom broke, so I took unwanted 72. meanwhile, I was taking pills regularly. In my pill break, my periods came as usual on the 5th day of my break. But it is very less. It continues for at least 5 days. But it ended on 3rd morning. Is there any chance of pregnancy? Should I take a beta hcg test?

Hello lybrate-user. In the first place there was no need for you to take an extra protection in the form of unwanted 72 when you were already on your regular contraceptive pills. Also taking unwanted 72 so frequently should strictly be avoided. I don't think you are pregnant. Its just that maybe because of the continuous pill exposure, your endometrium must be thin.
