Report
Hi, I did a follicular scan on d11. There were two eggs. Below is the report - d11- endomet thickness- 7.6 mm triple line. Right ovarian follicle- 19. 6 mm, 17. 4 mm. Left ovarian follicle- msf. Injection lupride was given for rupture. D13- endomet thickness- 8.4 mm triple line. Right ovarian follicle-20. 3 mm left ovarian folic- msf. Injection lupride was given for rupture. Again doc has asked me to come on d16. So doctor kindly advise if this report is fine enough to conceive. And in this report ovulation/ free fluid in pod has not been mentioned. So does it mean ovulation has not happened? If so then kindly explain the reason for no ovulation. I have pcod. Under medication. And very eager to extend family. Also pls let me know what s the hindrance for not conceiving in pco? Kindly reply. Thank you!

The report is ok. You responded well with medicines. But remember, in one month of treatment, the chance of pregnancy is only 15%. Therefore, you can repeat the treatment for next 3-4 cycles depending on other fertility factors.
