I am 27�years old male. From kerala. Working at kengeri, bangalore.� �i had bal tb at the age of 4-5 years. And had treatment for that (6 months) from those days. I have been in anxiety, sad mood, obsessive thoughts and social anxiety. I had migraine headache in the past. From 2007 I have been on meds. Nothing worked for me except one combination of drugs (clonazepam, fluvoxamine and lurasidon. Please tell me the solid treatment options for my problems. �thank you.

There are many options when treatment is not working as advised for anxiety / depression. what you have been given is a SSRI, benzodiazepine and a 2nd generation low dose antipsychotic. You can add a drug from the SNRI class, a low dose mood stabilizer can be added, a TCA class of antidepressant can be added, combinations of various SSRi+SNRI+TCA can be tried etc. Other electrical / magnetic stimulation therapies could be tried such as RTMS, ects Psychotherapies such as CBT will also help you .
