Hello doctor I was admitted to hospital with severe headache and continues vomiting my ct brain scan says soft tissue densitynoted involving complete left maxillary sinus extension into infundibulum, maxillary ostia with widening of ostium no adjacent bony erosion/destruction-mucocele of left maxillary sinus slipped and fell down a flight of stairs in 2013 and my spinal mri says l5s1indenting the thecal sac and causing neural foramina compromise more at l5s1 is the ct scan of brain showing cancer/tumour? My doc says it's tumour but need not be investigated at present thank you for your time rose.

Ct says about sinusitis probably a polyp, is there any extension to brain or cranium would advise you visit and ent head and neck surgeon along with a neurologist.
