This is not working, have already tried strain and ciplar, both are not working I have been suffering for this stammering 10 years due to this habit, I have quit my college and now I don't like to do anything and, I am so depressed, I bought toficalm but this is not working, help me sir what should I do I have negative thoughts at every second and I think about suicide.

Hi, I can understand your frustration. Along with medications you should take some alternate treatments also to control your problem. I would suggest you to see a good psychotherapist for some cognitive behavior therapy sessions. Cbt helps tremendously in controlling stammering. It is better if you find a psychotherapist in your city and see him in person. But if you don't find one then you may contact me on Lybrate.
