Wishes for the complete recovery of your wife as from the details provided she looks to have stage ii breast cancer. As she has n1 she needs radiotherapy after completing chemotherapy. Regarding chemotherapy and the dose prescribed it would be better if you consult a medical oncologist in case you want a second opinion.

First, it would have been better if you mentioned the hormone receptor status and age of your wife. It could correctly define the necessity of hormone therapy and the duration of the therapy. And also to define the correct chemotherapy regime as this is a node positive disease. Anyway taking it a hormone receptor disease the treatment is absolutely in right direction. The only thing I want to add that radiotherapy should be given after chemotherapy. Lastly wish your wife a disease free life in future.

Looks right but will need to see the full breast pathology report after the surgery for deciding if radiotherapy needs to be added.

Suitability of the treatment can be commented upon only after information about er, pr, her 2neu on tumor tissue is available. Principally treatment of early breast cancer is surgery, chemotherapy and radiotherapy. The chemotherapy regimen will depend upon the biomarkers on tumor as mentioned earlier and the chemotherapy doses will depend upon her body surface area. Since you have mentioned 'n1' she will also requie radiotherapy. Please see a good oncologist to help the patiwnt sail through the treatment hope that helps.
