I am 64 years old (male) with 104 kg weight. Having 371 mg/dl. And cholesterol 4.77. I am vegetarian/ non smoker/ non alcoholic type. Problems:rheumatic arthritis / fatty liver/ hernia. Unable to walk ,but want to reduce weight. Need information: suitable type of exercise for body fitness ,anaerobic, yoga or something ales. Is taking of citrus food lemon increase uric acid?

Thanks a lot for your query!! As per your present condition your weight is on the higher side. It comes in the category of grade 3 obesity. Because of higher amount of fats in the body you are suffering from problems like fatty liver, arthritis, hyperlipidemia ( high cholesterol levels) etc. It is advisable to take a customized natural diet plan from the nutrition expert . If you follow the diet religiously 4to 5 kgs of weight will reduce every month without any exercise. 70 percent diet plays a role to become fit. ?
