They are permanent tooth. And filling cavity alone may not solve the problems. You may need root canal or remove the tooth. Take homoeopathic medicine to stop other tooth cavity.

Hi, images on not being shown here .but anyhow on hearing your complaints the possible reasons for your problem can be suggested. For a deep cavity which is nearer to the nerves of the tooth, you may experience some kind of sensitivity for a while. This is quite normal and will subside in weeks time or so. And one more thing, kindly notice whether all your teeth are touching each other. That is in some cases the filling might be slightly high and might be hitting your upper teeth. Since it is hitting and taking up more forces than it is usually so, sensitivity might also occur. So kindly see whether on biting, it is is the filled tooth that is touching first or it is normal like the other tooth. If your problem extends beyond the prescribed time of 10 days also after ruling out all these factors or reasons mentioned kindly report back to your dentist.

Sensitivity shall not be there after a filling and if filling is deep enough then protective lining shall be placed on floor of cavity under filling to prevent the sensitivity.

It can't be a milk tooth as normally milk teeth are shed by the age of 13-14 years. If it has sensitivity even after filling then there might be necessity to change filling or may be rct and cap might only solve this problem.
