Today I hit my middle head (skull) with a shelf made of cement quite hard it has passed 5 hrs till now. I did not face any unconsciousness dizziness or nausea or problem in co ordination. But sometimes i'm feeling pain in my head at the place I hit along with front portion of head can it cause any brain damage? Please reply Thank you.
