I am 46 taking nelnet 500 in morning and prolomet xl 50 my blood sugar is normal but no is high .not coming down. Igo for brisk walking and exercise also daily melmet500 no is high.

Hello, Thanks for the query. I have seen the query. There is nothing mentioned about actual blood glucose levels (Fasting, PP & HbA1c%), and BP readings. So difficult to comment. Please come back with following details : Fasting, PP glucose levels, HbA1c%, weight, height, BP readings, dietary pattern, extent of daily exercise and lipid profile and exact dosage of medicines being taken. Then I will be able to guide. Thanks.
